(97) On-Street Parking Space. A temporary storage area for a motor vehicle which is located on a dedicated street right-of-way. (98) Open Space. Any parcel or area of land or water essentially unimproved and set aside, dedicated, designated or reserved for public or private use or enjoyment, or for the use and enjoyment of owners and occupants of land adjoining or neighboring such open space. (99) Open Space, Private. Common open space held in private ownership, the use of which is normally limited to the occupants of a single dwelling or building. (100)Open Space, Public. Open space owned by a public agency and maintained by it for the use and enjoyment of the general public. (101)Parcel. A separate area of land, including a lot, having specific boundaries and capable of being conveyed and recorded. (102)Parking Lot. An off-street, ground level area, usually surfaced and improved, for the temporary storage of motor vehicles. (103) Parking Space. A space for the parking of a motor vehicle within a public or private parking area. (104) Party Wall. A common shared wall between two separate structures, buildings, or dwelling units.
