CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 05 - 91 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY CHANGING THE PARK <br /> DEDICATION FEE <br /> The City Council of the: City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> does ordain: <br /> I_ <br /> Property Dedication. Section 1001. 14 of the Lino Lakes City <br /> code is amended to read as follows: <br /> AMENDMENT: ELIMINATE: Entire section 1001. 14 after (4) in <br /> paragraph 2 . <br /> ADD: For residential development the <br /> following formula shall apply: <br /> I. Density in Units/Acre Percentage of Land Dedication <br /> 0 to 3 10 <br /> 3 to 5 12 0 <br /> S to 7 14 0 <br /> 7 to 9 16 <br /> 9 or more 180 <br /> Land site selection is to be approved by the park board.
