(B) Accessory bldg. : 30 feet <br /> (iv) Side yard: <br /> (A) Principal bldg. : 10 feet <br /> (B) Accessory bldg. : 10 feet <br /> (3) Building Requirements. <br /> (A) The minimum outside dimension, floor area for <br /> single-family dwellings shall be as follows: <br /> Rambler 1260 square feet <br /> 1 1/2 Story 1092 square feet <br /> Split Foyer/Entry 1248 square feet <br /> Split Level - 3 level minimum 1248 square feet <br /> 2 Story 1040 square feet <br /> (B) All basementless dwellings in this district shall <br /> be required to provide an additional 100 square <br /> feet of floor area to house utilities. <br /> (C) All dwellings shall have an attached double garage. <br /> (4) Height Regulations. No building shall be erected or <br /> structurally altered to exceed thirty (30) feet. These <br /> regulations shall not apply to barns, silos, or other <br /> farm buildings. <br /> (5) Permitted Uses. In the Rural Executive (R-X) District, <br /> no building or land shall be used and no building shall <br /> be erected, converted, or structurally altered, unless <br /> otherwise provided herein, except for one or more of the <br /> following uses. <br /> (A) Single-family detached dwellings <br /> (B) Public parks <br /> (C) Golf courses <br /> (D) Agriculture, gardening and sod farming <br /> (E) Temporary stands for the sale of agricultural <br /> products produced on the premises.
