Council Member Neal introduced the following ordinance and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 14 - 92 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE EY AMENDMENT TO <br />SECTION 1003. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Sec. 1. Building Code. Section 1003 of the Lino Lakes City Code <br />is amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1003.01 Minnesota State Building Code. The <br />Minnesota State Building Code is hereby adopted by reference <br />and shall govern the construction, improvement and occupancy <br />of buildings within the City in accordance with its terms. <br />Building permit fees shall be established by City Council <br />resolution. <br />Sec. 2. Effective Date. <br />Passed this 27th day of July, 1992 by the Lino Lakes City <br />Council. <br />Vernon F.
