Council Member <br />Elliott <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 18 - 92 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. Bl OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />(R-1) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (R-3) (LOT 43, APOLLO MEADOWS) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Medium <br />Density Residential (R-3), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real <br />estate: <br />Lot 43, Apollo Meadows <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day <br />of September, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />MariG. Anderson, Cler -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
