Council Member Bohjanen <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08 - 91 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY AMENDING SECTION <br />701, LIQUOR LICENSING DELETING BOND REQUIREMENT <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />I. <br />Subdivision 2. Bonds. of Section 701.03 Application for License is <br />hereby deleted. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its <br />passage and publication as required by the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of <br />May , 1991. <br />Marilyn <br />—141 <br />Harold L.
