Council Member Bohjanen introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 11 - 91 <br />AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS 74TH <br />STREET TO APOLLO DRIVE <br />Pursuant to the authority granted by M.S.A. 412.221, Subd. 18, the <br />City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />A portion of the following described public street is hereby <br />renamed and said public street shall hereinafter be called <br />Apollo Drive: <br />The easterly 375 feet of the public street dedicated to the <br />City of Lino Lakes or Anoka County, Minnesota according to <br />the map thereof on file and of record in the office of the <br />County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, known <br />and described as 74th Street. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to the Lino Lakes <br />City Code. <br />Passed by the City Council this 28th day of October, 1991. <br />Az- 6 <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />Marilyn G Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Bisel, <br />Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon the ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
