Council Member Reinert <br />ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 12 - 91 <br />AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS WEST STREET TO WHITE <br />TAIL RIDGE <br />Pursuant to the authority granted by M.S.A. 412.221, Subd. 18, the <br />City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />The following described public street is hereby renamed and <br />said public street shall hereinafter be called White Tail Ridge: <br />The public street dedicated to the City of Lino lakes or <br />Anoka County, Minnesota according to the map thereof on <br />file and of record in the office of the County Recorder <br />in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, known and described <br />as West Street. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to the Lino Lakes City <br />Code. <br />Passed by the City Council this 28th day of October <br />1991. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />Marily G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Whereupon the ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
