• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 04 - 90 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE, SECTION 1001, <br />THE SUBDIVISION AND PLATTING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />Section 1001.02 Definitions is hereby amended as follows: <br />Ip <br />DELETE: 1001.02 (,2.5) Minor Subdivision - a subdivision <br />involving the creation of four or fewer <br />parcels, tracts, or lots, and not involving <br />the creation of a new street or easement. <br />ADD: 1001.02 (25) Minor Subdivision - a subdivision <br />which results in four or fewer parcels, <br />tracts, or lots from one or two existing <br />parcels, tracts, or lots. <br />II. <br />Section 1001.05 Preliminary Plat is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />DELETE: 1001.05 (3)(a), Subdivision Design Features, <br />the first sentence only. Layout of streets, <br />showing right-of-way widths, centerline street <br />grades and approximate radii of all curbs and <br />names of streets. <br />ADD: <br />1001.05 (3)(a), Subdivision Design Features, <br />Layout of streets, showing right-of-way <br />widths, centerline street grades and <br />approximate radii of all curbs, proposed <br />contours within the entire plat, and names of <br />streets. The name of any street heretofore <br />used in the city or its environs shall not be <br />used, unless the proposed street is an <br />extension of an already named street, in which <br />event the name shall be used. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
