• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Bohjanen <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 16 - 90 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 02 OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO SINGLE FAMILY <br />EXECUTIVE (R -1X) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 02 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka county, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is <br />hereby amended by rezoning from Rural (R) to Single Family <br />Executive (R -1X), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described <br />real estate: <br />The North Half of the East half of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 27, Township 31, Range 22. <br />And <br />The Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 31, Range <br />22, EXCEPT the following tracts of land: <br />The East one and one-half rods thereof. <br />and <br />Beginning at a point on the south line of the Southeast <br />Quarter of said Northeast Quarter 24.75 feet West of the <br />southeast corner thereof; thence north parallel to the <br />east line of said tract, for 333 feet; thence West, <br />parallel to the south line of said Southeast Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter for 150 feet; thence South, <br />parallel to the described first course for 333 feet to <br />the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter, thence east along said line for 150 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />and <br />Beginning at a point on the south line of the Southeast <br />Quarter of said Northeast Quarter 174.5 feet West of the <br />PAGE 1 <br />
