111, Council Member Reinert ordinance and moved its adoption: • • introduced the following CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 19-90 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 02 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO PUBLIC—SEMI—PUBLIC, (PSP). I. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: Ordinance No. 02 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by rezoning from Single Family Executive (R -1X) to Public - Semi -Public (PSP), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: That part of Government Lot 5, Section 29, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota lying south of the east -west Quarter line of said Section 29 except that part which lies south and west of the following described line: Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 29; thence South 88 degrees 51 minutes 16 seconds East, assumed bearing, along said east -west Quarter line 1319.33 feet, thence South 00 degrees 32 minutes 38 seconds West, along the West line of said Government Lot 5, a distance of 1023.34 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 88 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds East 420.02 feet; thence South 00 degrees 32 minutes 38 seconds West 240.02 feet to the South line of said Government Lot 5 and said line there terminating.
