1007.18 EMERGENCY <br />This Ordinance is hereby declared to be of immediate <br />necessity for the preservation of public peace, health, and <br />safety, and shall be in full force and effective from and <br />after its passage and publication as provided by law. <br />II. <br />Same as above amended, said City Code shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to City Charter <br />Passed by the City Council this day of <br />1990. <br />Harold L. Bisel, Mayor <br />Marilyn G.
