oak stands be done before May 1st and after July 1st of each
season. This will help to keep the inadvertent wounding of
trees with the consequential spread of oak wilt. If clearing
has to be done at this time. all stumps and wounded trees
shall have the wood areas painted thoroughly with a tree
paint. Should oak wilt get started as a result of
construction during the months of May and June, then the
developer/builder shall pay for all additional oak wilt
control measures needed to control the disease. This is in
accordance with the City of Lino Lakes disease control
ordinance number
5. Where the City Forester has determined that
irreparable damage has occurred to trees within tree
protective zones, the trees must be removed and replaced.
Z
Vlb
•
•
•
