• <br />• <br />• <br />l� �� CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NO. 04-89 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LINO LAKES ORDINANCE'17-88, REGULATING <br />LAWFUL GAMBLING WITH THE CITY' <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes does hereby <br />ordain; <br />6'll04 <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 049.212, gambling tax is <br />hereby imposed of (1/10%) per cent of the gross receipts of <br />each licensed organization from all lawful Qa0bliOg less <br />prizes actually paid out by the organization.
