• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06 - 89 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO PUBLIC SEMI-PUBLIC <br />(PSP) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is <br />hereby amended by zoning to Public Semi -Public, pursuant to <br />the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino <br />lakes, Minnesota, the following described real estate: <br />All of the land and water contain within the Rice Creek <br />Chain of Lakes Regional Park lying within the City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota and as outlined on the attached <br />map. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this 10th day of July, <br />1989. <br />Henjam n n on, Ma3Vo <br />/J ca4( <br />Mailyn G.
