• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 08 - 89 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, CHAPTER 300, SECTION <br />301.06 OF THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING THE USE OF <br />MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON PUBLIC GROUNDS DESIGNATED AS TRAILS <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. Section 401.06 shall be amended to read as <br />follows: <br />301.06 Vehicle Traffic. Vehicles shall be driven or <br />parked in designated areas on any public park or <br />public grounds and shall be driven therein at a <br />maximum speed of five (5) miles per hour. <br />Parking in designated areas shall be allowed <br />only by vehicles whose owners and/or occupants <br />are currently using City public parks and <br />grounds. Motorized vehicles shall not be driven <br />on any public grounds designated as trails. <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become <br />effective from and after its passage and <br />publication as provided by the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter. <br />Passed this23rd day of October , 1989 by the Lino Lakes <br />City Council. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mri�lyn G.
