• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 05 - 88 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY INCREASING SALARIES <br />OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />The City Code of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota is <br />hereby amended by deleting and replacing Section 203, Subdivision 203.01 <br />Council Salaries, Subdivision 1, Amount as follows: <br />203.01 Council Salaries <br />Subdivision 1. Amount. Pursuant to the provision and all- <br />owance of Minnesota State Statutes 415.11, the salary of the <br />Mayor of the City of Lino Lakes shall be three thousand five <br />hundred dollars ($3,500.00) per year and the salary of each <br />Council Member shall be the sum of twenty six hundred dollars <br />($2,600.00) per year. <br />The salaries established hereby are to be paid monthly. <br />IL <br />This Ordinance shall be effective January 1, 1990. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 5 day <br />ofu 1988. <br />(1)AlApJ aiL/Li2,N <br />Mari.yn G.
