• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 14 - 88 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING <br />CERTAIN REALESTATE TO SINGLE FAMILY EXECUTIVE (R -1X) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does <br />ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed <br />by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by rezoning from <br />Single Family Residential (R-1) to Single Family Executive (R -1X), pursuant <br />to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />following described real estate: <br />The northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section <br />32 and the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of <br />Section 29, Township 31, Range 22, City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially passed <br />and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council this 12th day of Se.tember , 198 <br />)() <br />2rnderso <br />n, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Benjamin <br />Benson: Mayor <br />
