• <br />• <br />1 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />Ordinance No. 15 - 88 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING <br />CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO SINGLE FAMILY EXECUTIVE (R -1X) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does <br />ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed <br />by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by rezoning from Single <br />Family Residential (R-1) to Single Family Executive (R -1X), pursuant to <br />the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />following described real estate: <br />1. All of the land east of Ware Road and south of Birch <br />Street to the limit of the MUSA boundary with the ex- <br />ceptions of Shenandoah, Shenandoah 2nd Addition and <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South. This would total approx- <br />imately two hundred eighty acres of land. <br />2. All of the land west of 7th Avenue South and north <br />of Birch Street extending 1,320 feet (1/4 mile) north <br />of Birch Street and 1,980 feet (3/8 mile) west of <br />7th Avenue South.
