• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. /5 - <br />AN <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY AMENDING THE DEFINITION SECTION TO <br />INCLUDE . n(1/-7 ./S7: <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by <br />adding the following Definition: <br />AMENDMENT: Appendix B, Section 3, Subdivision 2 Definitions is <br />amended to read as follows <br />(129B) Storage Yards - An outside area where equip- <br />ment or material relating to <br />the principal use of a parcel <br />of land is stored. The stored <br />items are not for sale or dis- <br />play but are used in the every- <br />day operation of the principal <br />use. <br />II. <br />Save as above amend, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as prevously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this day of , 1987. <br />Benjamin G.
