• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />EMERGENCY Ordinance No. 10 - 87 <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX B OF THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE RESTRICT- <br />ING THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR POLE TYPE CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA AND EXTENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12 - 86 FOR ANOTHER <br />SIXTY DAYS. <br />I. <br />The Council of the City of Lino Lakes has authorized the Planning and Zoning <br />Board to study the current regulations governing the construction of pole <br />type buildings in the Neighborhood Business, Limited Business, General <br />Business, Light Industrial and General Industrial Districts of Lino Lakes. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does <br />ordain: <br />II. <br />A moratorium of sixty days (60) days in length shall be placed on these <br />districts beginning June 8, 1987, to allow the Planning and Zoning Board to <br />complete the study and present their recommendations to the Council for <br />their action. <br />The Ordinance shall be effective June 8, 1987, and will be published as <br />required by the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this <br />June, 1987. <br />1/1 <br />rflyn G.
