CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 16-87 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY MAKING OUTSIDE STORAGE A CONDITIONAL <br />USE IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />AMENDMENT: Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision (17) "GI" General <br />Industrial District. Paragraph (8) Conditional Uses <br />add (V): <br />Open storage of materials and equipment when fenced <br />and screened and relating to the principal use. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this %bday of <br />1987. <br />l iic�c c ii�G <br />Ma ilyn G.
