CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 21 - 87 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, DESIGN <br />STANDARDS FOR CORNER LOTS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />Section 1. <br />Delete Section 1001.08, Subdivision Design Standards, <br />Subd. 6 (9). Corner Lots. The minimum lot width of <br />a corner lot shall be twenty (20) feet greater than <br />the required minimum lot width for the district. <br />Add: Section 1001.08, Subdivision Design Standard, <br />Subd. 6 (9). Corner Lots. The minimum lot width <br />of a corner lot shall be 25 feet greater than the <br />required minimum lot width for the district. <br />Section 2. Delete Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision 11 (3) (B) <br />minimum lot width - corner lot: 85 feet. <br />Section 3. Corner Houses shall face the improved street. <br />Section 4. <br />Section 5. <br />Same as above amended, said City Code and Appendix <br />B shall stand as initially passed and as previously <br />ammended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage and publication according to City <br />Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />day of December, 1987. <br />jamin G :enson, Mayor <br />Mariyn G.
