• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 22 - 87 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY CHANGING THE PARK DEDICATION <br />FEE <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />Property Dedication. Section 1001.14 of the Lino Lakes City Code is amended <br />to read as follows: <br />AMENDMENT: ELIMINATE: "This equivalent shall be $160.00 <br />per dwelling unit to be constructed within such <br />proposed development or ten (10%) per cent of the <br />fair market land value of the development, which- <br />ever is less." <br />ADD: "This equivalent shall be $400.00 <br />per dwelling unit to be constructed within the <br />proposed development or ten (10%) per cent of the <br />fair market land value of the development, which- <br />everisgreater. Where land is given to the City <br />for public purposes, the amount shall be determined <br />as follows: <br />Denisty in Units/Acre Percentage of Land Dedication <br />0 to 3 10% <br />3 to 5 12% <br />5 to 7 14% <br />7 to 9 16% <br />10 or more 18% <br />In all instances, the cash payment will be required prior <br />to the signing of the final plat. <br />II. <br />This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after it passage and publication <br />as required by the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this twenty-eighth day of <br />December, 1987. <br />4 .-1 <br />Marilyn G.
