CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 01 - 85 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO EXPANSION RESIDENTIAL (ER) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983, is hereby amended by re- <br />zoning from General Business (GB) and Two Family Residential (R-2) <br />to Expansion Residential (ER), pursuant to the provisions of the Zon- <br />ing Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described <br />real estate: <br />411 PIN # 19-31-22-41-0009 <br />Auditors Subdivision 151, lot 11 <br />PIN # 20-31-22-32-0001 <br />Beginning on the East quarter corner of Section 19, then East <br />on the North line of the South Z of Section 20, to the shore <br />of Rice Lake, then Southwesterly along the shore of Rice Lake <br />484.1 feet to a point where the shore of Rice Lake intercepts <br />the East line of Section 19 then North on the East line of <br />Section 19 to point of Com. 20-31-22 <br />PIN # 20-31-22-23-0006 <br />A parcel of land in the SE 4 of the NE* of Section 19 and in <br />Government Lot #3 Section 20-31-22W specifically described as <br />follows: beginning at a point on the line of the said SE* of <br />the NE4 of Section 19 which is 210 feet west of the east quart- <br />er corner of said Section 19, then Northeasterly to a point on <br />the North line of Government lot #3 in Section 20 which is 300 <br />feet West of the NE corner of said Government Lot #3, then East <br />along said North line to the NE corner of Government Lot #3 <br />then South on the East line of asid Government Lot #3 to the <br />shoreline of Rice Lake, then Southwesterly along siad shore- <br />• line to its intersection with the South line of the North 2 <br />of Section 20, then West on the said South line of the N 2 of <br />Section 20 and the South line of the Ni of Section 19 to the <br />point of beginning (subj. to easement, except parcel 4050) <br />
