• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 02 - 85 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ( LI) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983, is hereby amended by <br />rezoning from Expansion Residential (ER) to Light Industrial (LI), <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />The South 165.00 feet of the below described property; That part of <br />Lot 13 Auditors Subdivision #138 Anoka County, Minnesota, Northerly <br />and Easterly of the plat of Wollan's Estates except that part des- <br />cribed as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line <br />of Lot 10 Auditors Subdivision 138 with the Westerly right-of-way <br />line of Old State Trunk Highway 8 thence Southwesterly of said West- <br />erly right-of-way line a distance of 450.00 feet to the actual point <br />of beginning of the parcel to be described; Thence Westerly on a <br />line parallel with the North line of said Lot 13 (said line being <br />the East and West 2 line of Section 4, Township 31, Range 22) a <br />distance 570.00 feet, thence Northerly on a line parallel with the <br />West line of said Lot 13 a distance of 215.00 feet; thence Easterly <br />parallel with said North line of Lot 13 to said Westerly right-of- <br />way line of Old State Trunk Highway 8, thence Southwesterly along <br />said right-of-way line to the point of beginning. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance Shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to the City Charter. <br />
