• <br />• <br />• <br />(d) After the Planning and Zoning Commission has sub- <br />mitted its recommendation to the Council, the Council <br />shall determine if a plat shall be required. If a plat <br />is required, the City Council shall hold a public hear- <br />ing thereon after notice as provided in this ordinance <br />for platting a property. <br />Section 4. Effective Date. <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after <br />c.v day of ca,,.mac cJ <br />its publication.
