In reviewing these <br />provisions I was particularly aware of Section 1001.16 which <br />already places restrictions on when property must be platted. <br />Accordingly I saw no need for adding the Section 1001.1 or <br />amending the definition of subdivision including subparagraphs <br />(i), (ii) and (iii) which really may conflict with Section <br />1001.16. <br />If the intent is to include provisions for minor subdivisions I <br />believe we merely need to include a definition of minor sub- <br />divisions and the procedures that are applicable in approving <br />same.
