CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA Ordinance No. 04 84 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO GB (GENERAL BUSINESS) I. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minn- esota, does ordain: Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minn- esota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983, is hereby amended by rezoning from NB (Neighborhood Business) to GB (General Business), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: and That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minn- esota described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the South line of said tract and the centerline of State Highway No. 49 as now established; thence East along said South line a distance of 208 feet to the actual place of beginning of the tract of land to be described herein; thence continuing East along said South line a distance of 305 feet; thence North at right angles a distance of 208 feet; thence West parallel with said South line a distance of 305 feet; thence South 208 feet to the act- ual place of beginning. Except that part platted as Anoka County Highway right-of-way, Plat No. 11. Subject to a driveway easement over the West 25 feet thereof that part of the NEI of SEI described as follows, beginn- ing at the intersection of centerline of State Highway #49 with South line of said NEI of SEI of Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, thence East along said South line of NEI of SE4 a distance of 208 feet, thence North at right angles a distance of 208 feet, thence West parallel with South line of NEI of SEI to center line of State Highway 49, thence Southeasterly along center line to point of beginning, except part platted as Anoka County Highway right-of-way.
