• CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA Ordinance No. 05 - 84 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO GB (GENERAL BUSINESS) I. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minn- esota, does ordain: Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minn- esota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983, is hereby amended by rezoning from R-3 (Medium Density Residential Dis- trict) to GB (General Business), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: Commencing at the SE corner of the NE 4, Section 19, Town- ship 31, Range 22, thence west along the south line of said NEI, Section 19, Township 31, Range 22, to the easterly right- of-way line of Anoka County State Aid Highway No. 23, thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line of Anoka CSAH No. 23 to the northwest corner of Plat 82919, Parcel 420, thence east 181 feet along the south line of said Parcel 420 to the east line of said Section 19, Township 31, Range 22, which is the west line of Section 20, Township 31, Range 22, thence westerly 1,130.00 feet along the south line of Plat 82920, Parcel 3450, thence S 13 degrees 21 minutes 31 seconds W 750 feet more or less to the shoreline of Rice Lake, thence southwesterly along the shoreline of Rice Lake to the south line of the NW*, Section 20, Township 31, Range 22, thence westerly along said south line of the NW*, Section 20, Township 31, Range 22 to the southwest corner of said Section 20, Township 31, Range 22, which is the point of beg- inning. II. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially passed and as previously amended. •This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to the City Charter.
