• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO./ ' -* <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE RESTRICTING THE ISSUANCE OF KENNEL LICENSE <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />The Council of the City of Lino Lakes has authorized the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to study the current regulations governing the <br />application for and the issuance of Kennel Licenses within] the City <br />of Lino Lakes. <br />Section 607. Lino Lakes City Code is hereby amended as follows: <br />I. A moratorium of one hundred -twenty (120) days in length shall be <br />placed on this section to allow the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br />complete the study and present their recommendations to the Council for <br />their action. <br />II.
