:CITY OF:LINO:LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10 -.84 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX E, ORDINANCE NO. 28, BY INCREASING <br />THE FRANCHISE AREA GRANTED TO THE CITY OF CIRCLE PINES TO OPERATE <br />A GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENTS. Section 2 of Ordinance 28, Apendix E, <br />of the Lino Lakes City Code is amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 2. The grantee shall construct, maintain and <br />operate or otherwise provide a modern and adequate <br />gas distributing system for the furnishing of, and/or <br />distribution of gas in said City. The area within <br />which grantee is granted a franchise to construct and <br />operate a gas distributing system is shown on the map <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. No extension <br />of line shall be made beyond the boundaries indicated <br />on such map without approval of the Lino Lakes City <br />Council and such extension must be shown to be <br />economically feasible. The aforementioned economic <br />feasibility is to be shown in a report presented to <br />the City Council and the grantee by a qualified gas <br />engineer. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
