• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 12 - 84 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY CLANGING THE LATE <br />PENALTY FOR DELIQUENT SEWER PAYMENTS, AND ADDING AN ADMINISTRATIVE <br />FEE WHEN DELIQUENT BILLS ARE CERTIFIED AS LEVIES ON THE PROPERTY TO <br />THE COUNTY. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordain: <br />AMENDMENT. Section 402.14 Subdivision 5. Statements: <br />Statements for sewer rental charges for the preceding quarterly <br />period shall be mailed to each'customer on or before the fifth <br />day of January, April, July and October of each year... There <br />shall be added to all statements, not paid by the last of the <br />month following the quarterly period covered by said statement, <br />a penalty charge of 10% of the unpaid balance. <br />II. <br />AMENDMENT. Section. 402.14 Subdivision 6. Collection: <br />Any amounts due hereunder for sewer charges may be collected <br />in an action brought for that purpose in the name of the <br />city, or the clerk -treasurer may certify to the county auditor <br />the amounts due for sewer charges, including penalty, and <br />thirty dollar ($30) administration fee, together with the legal <br />description of the premises served and the county auditor <br />shall thereupon enter such amount with the tax levy on said <br />premises collectible with the taxes for the next ensuing year. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication according to the City Code. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, this <br />day of A6AL,44, i_ <br />, 1984 <br />C_L 61/,,,C,e4 <br />Marilyn Gv Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />(City Seal) <br />enjami- G.
