• <br />• <br />• <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06-83 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION DISTRICT. <br />(R-7) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordian: <br />I <br />Ordinance No. 6 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from Residential/Agricultural and Commercial to <br />Manufactured Home Subdivision (R-7) and Neighborhood Business (NB) <br />for Outlot "A", pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of <br />the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate, also <br />known as "Rice Lake Estates": <br />That part of Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota which lies Southwesterly of the right of <br />way of State Trunk Highway No. 49. <br />and <br />That part of Government Lot 4, Section 30, Township 31, Range 22, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota which lies Northerly of the Easterly <br />extension of the South line of Government Lot 2 said Section <br />30 and which lies Southwesterly of the right of way of State <br />Trunk Highway No. 49. <br />II <br />Save as above amended, said Ordiannce No. 6 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />I1I <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />WL <br />Erna L.
