• <br />• <br />• <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10-83 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING HOURS FOR SALE OF LIQUOR. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />1 .bq <br />Section 1. Section 70, Sub. 3 - Hours of the Lino Lakes City Code <br />is amended to read as follows: <br />No sale of liquor shall be made, nor shall any licensed premises <br />be occupied, after 1:00 A.M. on Sunday until 8:00 A.M. on Monday, except <br />that a holder of Sunday On -Sale licenses may sell liquor between between <br />12:00 Noon and 12:00 Midnight on Sunday; nor between the hours of 1:00 <br />A.M. and 8:00 P.M. on the day of any state wide or local election. No <br />On -Sale shall be made between the hours of 1:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M. on <br />any weekday. No Off -Sale shall be made before before 8:00 A.M. or after <br />10:00 P.M. No Off -Sale shall be made on New Years Day; January 1, <br />Independence Day, July 4; Thanksgiving Day; or Christmas Day, December <br />25.
