• <br />• <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11-83 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 42A, OF THE THEN VILLAGE OF LINO <br />LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 26, <br />1974, AND SETTING SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />does ordain as follows: <br />Ordinance No. 42A of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on October 28, 1974 which amended and <br />replaced Ordinance No. 42, passed by the then Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village of Lino Lakes Council <br />on September 26,1966, whcih amended and replaced Ordinance No. 13, <br />passed by the Village Council on October 10,1956 is hereby amended by <br />repealing the same and replacing the same with the following: <br />Section 1. Pursuant to the provision and allowance of ME Statutes <br />415.11, the salary of the Mayor of the City of Lino Lakes shall be <br />Ttao Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($2,500.00) per year <br />and the salary of each. Council Member shall be the sum of 'PATO Thousand <br />One Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($2,100.00) per year. <br />Section II.
