Multiple Tenant Buildings: Building A, Building B, Building C, Building D and <br />Building E as located on Exhibit C shall be designed in accordance with the <br />following: <br />Exhibit F Multi -tenant Building Elevation, prepared by RSP Architects, Ltd., <br />dated May 9, 2001. <br />5. Single Tenant Buildings: The Gas/Convenience Store, Restaurant and Bank as <br />located on Exhibit C shall be designed in accordance with the following: <br />Single use tenants shall substantially comply with the development standards <br />outlined above while still maintaining their retail dress image. It is strongly <br />encouraged that each building incorporate the gable end roof form and standing <br />seam metal over the entry or on the corners to reflect the vernacular established <br />by other buildings on the site. <br />5. SuperTarget as located in Exhibit C shall be designed in accordance with the <br />following: <br />Exhibit G SuperTarget Building Elevation prepared by Target Stores, dated <br />March 27, 2001. <br />6. Kohl's as located on Exhibit C shall be designed in accordance with the <br />following: <br />Exhibit H Kohl's Building Elevation prepared by KKE Architects, Inc., dated <br />June 28, 2001. <br />C. Signs <br />• Signs on the subject property shall conform to the Planned Development Overlay Site Plan and <br />the requirements setforth herein. <br />
