Refrigeration units on delivery vehicles shall not operate between the hours of <br />10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Operation of delivery vehicles shall be limited to the <br />same hours. <br />2. Site Plan Review. Development of single tenant buildings, identified on Exhibit <br />C as Convenience Store, Restaurant, and Bank shall be subject to Site Plan <br />Review approval in accordance with Section 2, Subd. 5 of the Lino Lakes Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />3. Development of Outlot D and Outlot E as depicted in the Site Plan (Exhibit C) <br />shall be contingent on the developer acquiring title to the adjacent parcel and <br />follow the platting requirements of the Lino Lakes Subdivison Ordinance. <br />Development of said lots as specified herein and in conformance with the Site <br />Plan (Exhibit C) shall not require amendment to the Planned Development <br />Overlay (PDO). <br />4. Minor variations from the approved plans may be approved by the City's <br />Development Review Committee, under the direction of the Community <br />Development Director. Substantial departures from the approved plans will <br />require an amendment to the Planned Development Overlay (PDO). <br />5. Unless otherwise specified herein the development shall be subject to the <br />provisions of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable chapters <br />of City Code. <br />6. Commencement of development on the subject property (Exhibit A), in <br />conformance with the plans attached hereto, shall be subject to the execution of a <br />Development Agreement by and between the City of Lino Lakes and the owner <br />and subdivider of said property. <br />SECTION 3. <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />
