41) SECTION VIII. SEVERABILITY <br />• <br />• <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Sign Ordinance is for any <br />reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portions of this Sign Ordinance.
