• <br />AMENDMENT: <br />AMENDMENT: <br />• <br />- 3 <br />(I) Indoor amusement and recreation centers <br />(8) Conditional Uses. The uses pursuant to Conditional <br />Use Permit granted by the City Council on application <br />and hearing as provided in Section 5, Subd. 5, and <br />all appropriate regulations and standards in Section <br />5, Subd. 4 (Site and Building Plan Review) and in Subd. <br />6. (Certificate of Occupancy) must be satisfied. <br />II. <br />Appendix B, Section 8, Subdivision 2D, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: "No off-street parking <br />space within finfeet of any street right-of-way <br />(five feet in the Central Business (CB) zone). <br />Appendix B, Section 8, Subdivision 3, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: Add "K". "Compact <br />Parking Spaces. Allowing up to 400 of off street <br />parking spaces to be classified compact parking. <br />Each compact space shall not be less than eight <br />and one-half (81) feet wide and seventeen (17) feet <br />in length." <br />IV. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of <br />, 1987. <br />Marilyn G.
