Required Yards and Open Space <br />(1)No yard or other open space shall be reduced in <br />area or dimension so as to make such yard or other <br />open space less than the minimum required by this <br />Ordinance, and if the existing yard or other <br />open space as existing is less than the minimum <br />required, it shall not be further reduced. <br />(2) No required yard or other open space allocated to <br />a building or dwelling group shall be used to satisfy <br />minimum lot area requirements for any other <br />building. <br />(3) <br />In no event shall off-street parking space. <br />structures of any type, buildings, or other features <br />cover more than sixty-five percent (65%) of the <br />lot area resulting in less than thirty five percent <br />(35%) landscaped area in residential districts. <br />24B <br />
