• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-84 <br />AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />WSB & ASSOCIATES <br />35E AREA DRAINAGE STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified the need to prepare a drainage study to determine the <br />stormwater management needs of land lying north of Main Street between the City of Hugo and <br />Peltier Lake: and <br />WHEREAS, WSB & Associates. has submitted a proposal to perform such services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That staff is authorized to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates for preparation of <br />a drainage study for the NE 35E area in the amount of $33.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the Cite of Lino Lakes this 28th day of July. 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon vote being <br />taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />JuTI'anne Bartell.
