The following items shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of a Building <br />Permit: <br />a. Revised plans based on staff comments. <br />b. An electronic PDF of the final approved plans. <br />c. Building Permit Fee as determined by the Building Official. <br />d. An as-built survey of the grading. <br />7. The existing house shall hook up to the municipal water system prior to issuance <br />of any building permit. <br />8. The existing well shall be properly capped and abandoned or disconnected from <br />the house if used for irrigation purposes prior to the issuance of any building <br />permit. <br />9. The final plat shall be resubmitted to Anoka County Surveyors Office for review. <br />10. All plan sheets shall include a legend indicating meaning of differing line types. <br />hatching marks. etc. <br />11. Sheet 3-Preliminary Plat: <br />a. Proposed drainage & utility easements shall be shown. <br />12. Sheet 4-Grading. Drainage & Erosion Control Plan: <br />a. Water table data shall be shown. <br />b. Location of soil borings shall be shown. <br />13. Sheet 6-Landscaping Plan: <br />a. Indicate what hatched areas represent. <br />b. Open space calculations shall be shown on plan sheet as required per <br />ordinance. Please review page 3-38 of Section 3. Required Screening. <br />Landscaping and Buffer Yards. <br />c. Normal water level of storm water pond shall be indicated. <br />d. Sizes of willow and ash tree near stormwater pond are inconsistent with <br />sizes shown on Sheet 7. Tree Preservation Plan. Please revise. <br />e. Seed mix type shall be indicated on plan sheet. <br />14. Tree Preservation Plan <br />a. Re-number plan sheet as 7 of 7. <br />b. The developer shall submit a complete Tree Preservation and Mitigation <br />Plan in full compliance with the tree preservation and mitigation <br />ordinance. <br />i. The Tree Preservation and Mitigation Standards matrix on page 3- <br />44 of the ordinance shall be calculated and included on the plan <br />sheet. <br />ii. This site is a Non-ESA. <br />iii.
