• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-02 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION OF TAX FORFEIT PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners has prepared a list, designated as <br />Classification List Number 2007 which describes land forfeited to the State of Minnesota <br />pursuant to Chapter 282 of the Minnesota Statutes, and has determined that it is advisable to sell <br />said land; and, <br />WHEREAS, four properties within Lino Lakes listed as: <br />Exhibit A <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County Land Commissioner has requested the Lino Lakes City Council <br />approve classification of the parcels. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the classification of parcels are hereby approved. <br />• Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of January, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />• <br />Jeff Reine a or <br />
