<br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-07
<br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2015
<br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES
<br />WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to
<br />establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed
<br />and approved by the City Council; and
<br />WHEREAS. this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the
<br />Pay Equity Law; and
<br />WHEREAS, the compensation plan for non-union employees includes a two percent (2%) wage
<br />increase retroactive to January 1, 2015, with the following exceptions: the Public Safety Director
<br />and Community Development Director increases by three percent (3%) and the Finance Director
<br />by zero percent (0%).
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that
<br />the following salary schedule by adopted.

<br />Kustermanand was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon vote being
<br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
