• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-10 <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 01-15 <br />CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 01- <br />15, amending the Cable Television Franchise Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 01-15 is lengthy and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city to <br />publish a summary of an ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the summary of Ordinance No. 01-15, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for <br />publication according to State Law and City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of January, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Reiner.(Mayor <br />
