• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-11 <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department be authorized to enter into a <br />grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. for traffic safety <br />enforcement projects during the period from October 1. 2014 through September 30, <br />2016. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Lino Lakes Public Safety <br />Department is hereby authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are <br />necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department <br />and to be the fiscal agent and administer the grant. <br />Adopted b}the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of January. 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz,Kusterman, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />and <br />Jeff Reinert.
