• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-15 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2015 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform mill and overlay and full depth reclamation improvements <br />on recommended street segments, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the preparation of plans and specifications; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans <br />and specifications, provide contract administration and construction inspection. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. The 2015 Mill and Overlay Project is hereby ordered. <br />2. WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the 2015 Mill & Overlay Project. <br />3. Staff is hereby authorized to execute the hourly based contract in an amount not <br />exceed $28,900.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23`d day of February, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City)C <br />/ <br />Jeff Reiner(, Mayor <br />
