• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-28 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR PRO STAR TREE CARE <br />WHEREAS, Pro Star Tree Care has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's <br />office; and <br />WHEREAS, Pro Star Tree Care has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, a background check on the company representative Randy Lust has been <br />completed in the past 12 months; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Mr. Randy Lust, owner of Pro Star Tree Care to sell services door to door for a <br />period of six -months beginning March 24, 2015 and ending October 24, 2015. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23`d day of March, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Raf ferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Rafferty, Roeser, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none k' <br />ATTEST: <br />ul'a e Bartell, Cit <br />Cle�� <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
