CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15-46 <br /> APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) FOR PUD <br /> DEVELOPMENT STAGE PLAN/PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TUNRBERRY CROSSING <br /> WHEREAS,the City has received an application for amending the Conditional Use Permit <br /> (CUP) for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for <br /> Turnberry Crossing hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the"Development" based on the following <br /> plan sets: <br /> • Plowe Engineering, Inc. dated March 4, 2015 and received by the City on March 4, 2015 <br /> • EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated March 4, 2015 and received by the City on March 4, 2015; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on April 8, 2015 <br /> and the Board recommended approval with conditions of the"Development"; and <br /> WHEREAS, the "Development" is not considered premature, is consistent with the original <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD) and meets the performance standards of the subdivision and <br /> zoning ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the regulations and performance standards of the zoning ordinance and R-3 <br /> Medium Density Residential District will be in effect unless otherwise stated in this resolution; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the following building design standards shall apply: <br /> • All units shall have full brick or stone columns on the front elevation similar to those on <br /> Lots 16-19 and Lots 22-23. <br /> • All units shall have a brick or stone base around side and rear elevations similar to those <br /> on Lots 16-19 and Lots 22-23. <br /> • Lots 20-21 shall have brick or stone on the front elevation extending from the ground to <br /> the roofline around the window similar to those on Lots 16-19 and Lots 22-23. <br /> • Lots 1-15 shall have at a minimum brick or stone on the front elevation from the base to <br /> the bottom of the window sill. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for PUD Development Stage <br /> Plan/Preliminary Plat for Turnberry Crossing, subject to the following conditions being met prior <br /> to approval of the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat: <br /> 1. All comments from City Engineer letter dated March 27, 2015 shall be addressed. <br /> 2. All comments from Environmental Coordinator letter dated April 3, 2015 shall be <br /> addressed. <br /> 1 <br />
